When you are trying to do everything at one time, you will end up doing nothing well at the end. Learn to be focused on one thing and doing it well and leave other ppl mind the rest. It's not usually bad to fail something given tight constraints as long as you know why it fails and how to fix it.
Mind the core and the most valueable.
When sth goes wrong and none of the ppl prepare to take actions, you have to act to vote your for the stands.
Be familiar withe vertical market product esp competitive products and new innovative ideas.
